Current Issues

Processing Lab Results

Currently, AQHA is facing challenges with processing genetic testing lab results. While AQHA works to resolve these issues, please call Customer Care at 806-376-4811 or fill out our contact form for information on the status of your results. If the Association has received the results from the University of California-Davis, a Customer Care representative can look up your horse’s results in AQHA’s system. Once the issue is resolved, the paperwork that is on hold because of this problem will be printed and sent once reviewed and completed.

Show results are now available under AQHA Servicesexpanded fields will be available in the future. Users can simply sign-in to AQHA Services and click Show Results under Showing. Enter the show number if known. Or, select the show year and all other known information.

(Please note: The status lists if the show results are official or unofficial results. Users may find intermittent duplicate entries within the show results view due to an address replication issue. It is important to note that this issue does not affect point allocations and the display will be corrected in the near-term. Given it is an immaterial issue, the show results link will remain live until the address correction is in place.)

Subscribers to The American Quarter Horse Journal can view show results for free. Please make sure you are searching for show results under the member ID associated with the Journal subscription. There is a $15 fee for non-subscribers to purchase show results.

Sale Consignments

Are you thinking about consigning your horse to an upcoming sale, but are waiting on paperwork from AQHA? We’ve got you covered!

AQHA is working with sale companies, asking them to accept consignments from owners with registration and/or transfers pending at the AQHA office. The sale companies will then share a list of the consignments that have pending work with AQHA. Our team will complete the processing of the necessary paperwork for these horses prior to the sale occurring, as long as the appropriate information and documentation has been received by AQHA.
