A plain, brown gelding named Policy Tacs provided the biggest upset in Bank of America Challenge Championship history when he won the 1999 Bank of America Challenge Championships at 50-1 odds.

The Idaho-based horse would have a great career for owner Dennie Hill and trainer Bret Vickery, and ran the race of his life to win this rich stakes against some of the best horses in the nation.
